FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine and chronobiology and deals with correction of behavioral disorders in experimental desynchronosis under conditions of LED lighting. To create experimental desynchronosis laboratory animals (guinea pigs) are kept for 30 days at all-day lighting by LED lamps with colour temperature 4500 K in range of wavelength 360-460 nm, light flow of LED carrier 2300 Lm. Correction of behavioral disorders is realised by daily per oral introduction of 1 mg/kg of melatonin.

EFFECT: method ensures efficient correction of behavioral disorders under specific conditions of experiment.
