FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to rubber industry and can be used for regeneration of solid rubber from wastes. Digester comprises components A and B and additives. Component A is selected from amino acids, carbamates, isocyanurates, amides of carboxylic acids and derivatives thereof, as well as mixtures thereof. Molecules of components A penetrate into the rubber matrix and destabilize S-S and S-C connections. Component B is selected from solid ash-free organic salts of ammonium and hydrazinium and mixtures thereof. Component B provides higher shift between polymers of the rubber at mechanical effects at treatment and prevention of adhesion between particles of ground rubber. Additives are inhibitors of subvulcanization, abrasives or antioxidants. Ratio of components A and B ranges from 5:1 to 1:5 wt, preferably from 2:1 to 1:2 wt.

EFFECT: digester is used for production of reclaimed rubber powder.
