FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to production of powder filler for tire reclaim. Disclosed is a manual for producing a powder filler, consisting in mixing of components in mill with automatic adjustment of gap between discs of 0.4 mm by "dry" method from crushed rubber crumb of processed large-size tires and dust from gas cleaning of ferrosilicon production, with the following ratio of components, wt %: crushed rubber crumb of processed large-size tires with particle size of 1–3.5 mm 95–98 and the rest is dust from gas cleaning of ferrosilicon production.
EFFECT: increased flowability of powder filler, which is then used in production of tire reclaim with improved physical and mechanical properties when used in rubber industry.
