FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: thermolabile materials are supplied in atomized form through nozzles 1, while through the nozzles 2 the substance conformally coating the particles of dried heat-labile materials, the possible ones can be, for example, starch (in powder state), or aqueous solution of dextrin, placed one opposite another in acceleration pipes 3 supplying the heat carrier. Downstream of the nozzles the swirlers are installed for swirling of jets of atomized materials in opposite directions. The conformal coating substance sprayed by the nozzle 2, is sprayed as a mist. For turbolizing gas suspension flows through the nozzles 4 arranged tangentially to the chamber 5 the heat carrier is additionally supplied, so that additional heat carrier flows also twirled in directions of twirling of respective jets of the material to be dried. The gas suspension jets are collided in the center of the chamber 5 and through the nozzles 6 fitted with external heating for final drying of the material supplied into the cyclone 7. Due to the conformal coating effect of the substance supplied by the nozzle 2, the oxidation of active substances of heat-labile materials is virtually eliminated.
EFFECT: protection from oxidation of active medicines.
