SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of creation of thermoelectric modules for direct and inverse conversion of heat and electricity. Essence of the invention is as follows: the dielectric substrate using the silk-screen printing the connecting paths for similar elements and commutating paths for opposite elements are applied. Then, the barrier paths are applied using dielectric paste so that the depressions (meshes) are formed between the connecting and switching paths.The depressions (meshes) are successively coated in a similar manner with paste to form semiconductor tracks (the paste is produced on the base of semiconductors of n-type and p-type, which then are pre-dried to remove the organic binder and sintered under pressure.

EFFECT: invention simplifies the manufacturing process, improves the productivity, reduces costs.
