SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for argon plasma coagulation. Electrosurgical tool has handle, electrode connected to handle, rod, which encloses electrode and is retained in handle, and drive mechanism, which contains at least one rotary button placed on handle. Rod is movable in axial direction relative to electrode and by actuation of rotary button shearing force can be applied to it. Handle has braking device, which applies braking force to rod.
EFFECT: drive mechanism forms transferring mechanism, which is connected to rod for transfer of shearing force.
