SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology, gynaecology and physeotherapy, and can be used for treatment of chronic pelvic pain. Successive impact of four physical factors, following one by one without a time interval, is realised. Impact with electric massage with frequencies 120-180 Hz, 30 Hz and 85 Hz is realised for 5 minutes at each frequency in the area of sacrum and hypogastrium. Impact with magnetic field with amplitude of magnetic induction 1300 m mT with 80 ms interval between pulses is performed for 12 minutes on hypogastrium area. Impact with self-controlled energy-adaptive regulation is realised for 15 minutes on hypogastric and lumbar area. Impact with EHF-therapy is performed for 30 minutes on the area of hypogastrium and on biologically active points of medial surface of lower third of shin from both sides.

EFFECT: method ensures reduction of intensity and fast stopping of pain syndrome, expressed anti-inflammatory, anti-oedema and relaxing effects due to impact on deeply lying tissues of pelvis minor: prostate, ovaries, venous and nerve plexus, lymph node basins.
