FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, to gynaecology, specifically to the treatment of patients with chronic salpingo-oophoritis with application of therapeutic physical factors (TPF). Method of treatment consists in the fact that antibacterial, anti-inflammatory pharmacotherapy and physiotherapy with ultrahigh-frequency electromagnetic field (UHF-therapy) of inflammatory diseases of female pelvic organs are performed. It is followed by restorative treatment using therapeutic physical factors depending on the phase of the disease: in the subacute phase - ultrasonic therapy: the procedures were carried out on “УЗТ-1.01ф” (“Мед
ТеКо”, Россия) apparatus using an emitter with area of 4 cm2, on 3 fields: 1st field - hypogastrium area, by contact method, by labile technique, with intensity of 0.4–0.7 W/cm2, in continuous mode, with duration of 3–5 minutes; 2–3 fields: paravertebrally, at the level of LI-LIV, by contact method, according to labile technique, with intensity of 0.2–0.4 W/cm2 in continuous mode, duration of 3–5 minutes per each field. Total duration of procedure is 6-8 minutes; the therapeutic course is 12 daily procedures and electrostatic massage at high frequencies. Procedures were carried out using the Khivamat-200 apparatus (Fiziomed Electromedicin AG, Germany) on the panty and lumbosacral regions, first procedures in the subacute period were carried out at high frequencies of 80–200 Hz, in remission - electrostatic massage at low frequencies from the middle of the course - at low frequencies of 5–25 Hz; procedure duration is 10–15 minutes; the therapeutic course is 8–10 daily procedures and clay therapy: using sulphate magnesium-sodium clay-tereklites RSO-A. Procedures were performed on the panty area at a clay temperature of 39–40 °C, duration of procedures: 10–15 minutes, for course of treatment of 8–10 procedures, every second day.
EFFECT: method provides pain syndrome leveling, normalization of quantity and ratio of normal, opportunistic and pathogenic microflora in vagina, absence of echo-signs of chronic salpingo-oophoritis.
