FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to well wiring providing means during drilling. In particular, disclosed is downhole deflecting tool, containing well deflecting tool housing; deflecting mechanism for underground well shaft drilling direction control; sensors for underground well shaft angular position measuring; and borehole processor. At that, borehole processor comprises: diverter position module, containing commands for measured angular positions values processing, received from sensors, to obtain diverter position during drilling; external feedback loop, containing commands for measured angular positions values processing, received from sensors, and target azimuth for producing of diverter target position; inner feedback loop containing commands for diverter positions values processing during drilling and diverter target position for producing of error signal; and target designator control unit containing commands for error signal processing in order to obtain commands for guide mechanism for drilling direction control. Also disclosed is diverter position control method during drilling.
EFFECT: disclosed invention increases efficiency and sequence of drilling due to improvement of well arrangement and reduction of its path deviation from preset direction.
