SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and plastic surgery and can be applied in case of loss of eyelid half due to different causes. Directing suture is applied to approach remaining edges of lost eyelid. Weakening cuts are performed in area of remaining eyelid through all eyelid layers stopping at 1-2 mm distance from the costal edge. For complete approach of eyelid edges adaptive figure-of-eight-shaped sutures by Mickiewicz are applied for 14 day term and more. Upper and lower eyelid is sutured by oblique blepharorhaphic sutures for not less than 7 day term.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to ensure fast postoperative rehabilitation.
