FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to field of gastroenterology and oncology, and can be used for prediction of risk of gastric adenocarcinoma development. Essence of method: biochemical determination of content of beta-arrestin-1 and nitrogen oxide in blood is performed; if concentration of beta-arrestin-1 in blood is higher than 0.5 ng/ml and concentration of nitrogen oxide is higher than 0.5 mcg/ml, conclusion about risk of gastric adenocarcinoma is made. The invention provides prediction of development of early forms of gastric cancer.
EFFECT: invention provides reduction of traumatic impact on patient.
