FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynecology, and can be used for correction of endometrial trophic disorders. For this purpose, on 5-7th and 20-24th day of the menstrual cycle, the uterine cavity volume is calculated in transvaginal ultrasonic examination. Hysteroscopy or hysteroresection is performed. If signs of chronic endometritis, endometrial hypoplasia and synechia after their dissection in hysteroresectoscopy, Reform preparation is introduced in a day after hysteroscopy or hysteroresectoscopy in volume equal to volume of uterine cavity. Administration of the preparation is repeated on 3-4th and 7-8th day of the next menstrual cycle.
EFFECT: method provides recovery of vital activity of endometrial cells with normalization of reproductive function combined with reduced length of treatment in hospital with no complications.
