SUBSTANCE: fibula double osteotomy is performed, vascular bundles are traced, peroneal vascular bundle is tied. The fibula transplant is turned 180°, so as to telescopically introduce the proximal end of the transplant to the medullary canal of humerus distal fragment, and to introduce the distal end of the transplant to the medullary canal of humerus proximal fragment, recipient bed vessels comprising the radial artery are selected, anastomosed with transplant vessels in a vein-artery-vein sequence.
EFFECT: method can reduce the risk of circulatory disorders in the transplant.
