SUBSTANCE: transplant of ulna on fascial-muscular-vascular pedicle, including anterior and posterior interosseous arteries with accompanying veins, interosseous membrane, as well as part of muscle - deep digital flexor, is transplanted.
EFFECT: method does not impair blood circulation of distal parts of extremity as main vessels of forearm are not ligated.
