SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used for treating defects IV metacarpal bone. Solving set task is provided by method of treating forth metacarpal bone defects, comprising grafting bone grafts on vascular pedicle, dorsal metacarpal artery is ligated, third metacarpal bone graft is formed on vascular pedicle, transplanted into a forth metacarpal bone defect and fixed by a plate, wherein blood supply of formed graft is performed by third back branch of transverse artery of wrist, anastomosing with third common palmar digital artery.
EFFECT: improvement of treatment due to allocation, mobilisation rear metacarpal artery, formation of bone graft of third metacarpal bone, displacement and introduction into slots of forth metacarpal bone fragments, as well as fragments fixation plate.
