FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular surgical dentistry, and is intended for replacement of bone defects of jaws after ablation of radicular cysts of upper and lower jaws in case of complete or partial lack of teeth. Implant for replacement of jaw defects after ablation of radicular cysts is made of biocompatible powdered titanium of brand PTOM-100 mcm, and represents cellular structure, corresponding in shape to postoperative defect of jaw bone. Hollow support element for further prosthetics is fixed in implant, with three longitudinal through holes for fixation of implant in jaw bone defect being located on the perimeter.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to realise prevention of complications, reduce time for regeneration of bone tissue in defect area and provide possibility of further prosthetics in the nearest terms.
