SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedic and surgical dentistry, it can be used for temporary dental prosthetics of the patient for the period of directed bone regeneration of the jaws. The device for temporary prosthetics for the period of directed bone regeneration of the jaw includes a titanium perforated plate that repeats the geometry of the jaw area. The plate has a convexity in the area corresponding to the area where the bone-substituting mass will be distributed. In the four opposite ends of the plate, holes are made for its screw fixation to the jawbone. Additionally, the device includes at least one cylinder with circular retention elements for subsequent fixation of temporary crowns. At least one cylinder is made on the plate in the area corresponding to the implantation area, while the cylinder is made entirely with the plate.

EFFECT: device provides the production of a high-precision individual titanium plate for directed bone regeneration with temporary abutments for fixing temporary fixed dentures.
