FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. A method for visualizing an individual model of an implant to replace bone jaw defects involves determining a defect area size with subsequent modeling of the implant and consists in creation of a computer model of the implant commensurate with the studied bone defect, the base of which is a face-centered cubic lattice of the crystal. In produced computer cellular model of implant supporting elements for orthopedic structures and elements for fixation are introduced, then produced computer model of cellular implant is placed into available jaw bone defect in 3D-dimensional image to confirm its anatomical shape and commensurability; then obtained model in STL format by prototyping is converted into cellular implant from titanium BT-5.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the accuracy of modeling the shape and size of the replaced organ and preventing complications, including implant rejection.
