FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of genetic engineering, in particular to sets of synthetic oligonucleotides, and can be used for determination of levels of expression of main isoforms of gene PDLIM4. Claimed is set of synthetic oligonucleotides for determination of PDLIM4 status by PCR method in real time. Level of PDLIM4 expression is determined in the course of PCR-RT due to determination of rate of accumulation of reaction fluorescent product. PCR is carried out with application of set of oligonucleotides, consisting of terminal primers for carrying out amplification of target part of cDNA PDLIM4 - 2-3 exon junction area (for determination of quantity of total PDLIM4 isoforms) and 6-7 exons (for determination of full-length isoform of PDLIM4). Set of oligonucleotides contains fluorescently labelled probe, destructible in the course of reaction.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to determine in fast, sensitive and specific way levels of expression of full-length isoform of gene PDLIM4, as well as total aggregate of PDLIM4 isoforms, including in clinical resection or biopsy material, obtained from patients with brest tumours, for more accurate identification of phenotypic characteristics of disease.
