In order to solve the posed problem, methylated RCGY sites of the promoter areas of the tumour marker genes CADM1, MAL, PAX1, DAPK1, FAM19A4, PRDM14 are determined using the GLAD-PCR method, and specially developed oligonucleotide primers and probes are used to determine these sections.

EFFECT: creation of a set of oligonucleotide primers and fluorescently labelled probes for determining the level of methylation of epigenetic markers causing the occurrence of cervical cancer by the GLAD-PCR method.
