SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drive rotary valves, used in piston compressors employed in oil and gas industry. Rotary valve (300) contains fixed element (310), having hole (315), movable element (320), having hole (325), and drive device. Drive device (340) is made with possibility to receive rotary movement to actuate rotary element while its axial translation from fixed element and subsequent rotation. Drive device includes outer shaft, intended to receive rotary movement, and inner shaft, arranged inside outer shaft and intended to turn rotary element.
EFFECT: outer shaft is made with possibility of turning at preset angular distance wherein shifting turning element from fixed element before outer shaft entering into interaction with inner shaft for its turning together with rotary element.
