FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing organosilicon carbamates. Claimed a method for producing silylcarbamates by a reaction between organochlorosilanes and tin tetracarbamate in a hydrocarbon solvent at the solvent boiling temperature and in the presence of tertiary amine. The reaction proceeds as follows:
(I), where R - alkyl or aryl, R1, R2 - alkyl, n=1-3. The obtained sediment is filtered out, the solvent boiled out, and the resulting silylcarbamate is isolated by vacuum distillation. The by-produced tin tetrachloride is complexed with amine and separated by filtering, which facilitates purification of the target silylcarbamate by distillation.
EFFECT: process of producing silylcarbamates, easier compared to the known methods due to reduced consumption of chemicals.
