FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE invention relates to inorganic chemistry, in particular, to production of derivatives of tin salts widely applicable for manufacturing thin conductive transparent films used in optoelectronics. Proposed is a substance bis(N,N-diethyl tin carbamate) by the formula [(C2H5)2NCOO]2Sn produced by the method wherein a solution of diethylamine in an aromatic or ether solvent is saturated with carbon dioxide, followed by adding tin (II) chloride and passing carbon dioxide through the reaction mixture for 3 hours, filtering the precipitate and evaporating the filtrate. The resulting compound is used in production of thin conductive transparent tin oxide films. The method for manufacturing thin conductive transparent tin oxide films on a glass substrate includes producing a solution of the initial compound of bis(N,N-diethyl tin carbamate) in methoxyethanol with a concentration of 0.01 to 0.3 M, applying the solution to the substrate, drying in air at room temperature to form a film which is then subjected to heat treatment at a temperature of 300 to 600°C for 2 to 60 min.
EFFECT: range of substances used for manufacturing transparent conductive tin oxide films is expanded, labour intensity and power consumption in production of thin conductive tin oxide films with a thickness of 50 to 150 nm transparent in the visible area are reduced.
