FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: process for non-destructive testing is that product is placed in sealed working chamber connected to vacuum system. Then, the operation performs preliminary cleaning and degreasing the surface by spraying product in a pressurized chamber working solvent. After that carry vacuum drying the product by connecting the working sealed chamber system evacuation and subsequent processing operations of the working sealed chamber controlled workpiece surface the water-soluble penetrant, removing excess penetrant cleaning fluid, application developer, as well as interoperable washing with water is carried out by spraying the respective liquids in a sealed chamber at atmospheric pressure. Automated unit for the non-destructive testing products by penetrant inspection contains a working air-tight chamber placed inside the product to be inspected, connected to the vacuum system and the plant control system. Thus, sealed working chamber includes means for supplying a solvent chamber, the wash water, penetrant, cleaning liquid, the developer, the hot air and the working body is made splittable sealed chamber containing a removable top cover and the trough-shaped base, at the bottom of the drain hole is performed.
EFFECT: increased productivity and process efficiency.
