FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: shut-off needle valve of the cartridge installation comprises a casing consisting of two interacting parts. The passage channel is made inside the casing, having the inlet and outlet channels. One casing part comprises a shutt-off valve as a needle, adapted to move axially along the longitudinal valve axis. The second casing part comprises a saddle located in the said passage channel. The shut-off valve interacts with the saddle by its operating part. The part of the valve casing, containing the saddle, as well as the inlet and outlet channels are located in the solid plate. The said channels are interconnected through the said casing part forming a passage channel. The sealing saddle surface with the O-ring between the saddle and the casing part, is made parallel to the docking surface of the shut-off valve and the saddle, and interacts with the casing response surface to its end.

EFFECT: increasing the valve tightness.
