FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for obtaining bioimplant for replacement of segmental defects of trachea. Synthetic matrix is sterilised with overheated steam for 40 min at pressure 1 atm, covered with patient's blood fibrin, inoculated with culture of patient's MSC, cultivated in culture medium, containing 20% of patient's blood serum. Bioimplant is preliminarily implanted subcutaneously for 1 month term.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of purulent-septic complications, reduce loss of MSC culture.
