FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: producing the material is carried out by processing a polymer or a polymer mixture in the screw-type device of continuous action. The method includes the material compressing and subsequent grinding. Compressing is performed in two stages. At the first stage, compressing is performed by exposure to shear stress under the conditions of increasing the pressure to not more than 70 MPa while reducing the pressure modulation ratio. At the second stage, compressing is performed by exposing the material to be processed to shear stress under the conditions of increasing the pressure to not more than 100 MPa, at the simultaneous mass separation of the material to be processed on at least three flows for increasing and equalizing the pressure while reducing the pressure modulation ratio. The minimum pressure modulation ratio at the second stage is lower than the minimum pressure modulation ratio at the first stage not less than 2 times.

EFFECT: increased fines content in the powder material, increased powder uniformity by particles size and reduced power consumption.
