FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: heating is carried out up to temperature 30-250 C in two stages: first at the pressure growth from 0.1-0.5 till 3-100 MPa, then under isobaric conditions at shifting deformations 0.3-10 during 0.3-5 s. Grinding is carried out at pressure drop up to 0.1-0.5 MPa. The device is equipped with thickening chamber located in front of grinding one coaxial to it and made as cylindrical housing with charging window and discharging hole. Thickening worm with spiral grooves on the surface is mounted inside housing of thickening chamber for material shifting in the direction of grinding chamber. The groove depth gradually decreases towards discharging hole. Ring-shaped turning with depth 1-8 mm in its shallow part is made on the surface of thickening worm on its end disposed near discharging hole of thickening chamber and/or on the surface of grinding rotor on its end disposed near inlet hole of grinding chamber. The thickening worm is joined to grinding rotor for independent or joint rotation or made as a whole with it. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 11 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
