FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pump electric motor program control system. Control method consists in fact, that during first period of time motor is accelerated to full speed in forward direction, then motor is decelerated, then motor is accelerated to preset speed in reverse direction during second period of time, then motor is decelerated and repeating steps for one or more times. At that, specified speed in reverse direction makes approximately 1/3 of full speed in forward direction. Second version of method consists in fact, that steps are performed by means of smooth start device circuit control using flow vector control, which enables to make preset speed in reverse direction equal to full speed in forward direction. Disclosed are smooth start device and pump system, which operate according to said methods.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of mechanical stresses in motor and longer service life of pump system.
