SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Surgical device includes part of handle, barrel with starting rod, end clamp with support, lower branche and stapling and dissecting unit responding to closing motion in longitudinal direction, produced by part of handle and barrel. Lower branche is configured to receive detachable unit. Unit includes housing, set of staples and roof located above set of staples. Roof marks holes. Each hole is located in fact, over each staple. Unit receives material of overlay, placed in one or both supports or units.

EFFECT: material can be released on dissected tissue through starting rod dissecting material of overlay in response to closing motion in longitudinal direction.
