FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: medical history data are collected - time of appearance of visual complaints and change in 3D-CTAG parameters: quantity of identified defects, area of defect of vision field at different levels of contrast, degree2, total lost area, %. Tactics of treatment is determined on the basis of obtained data. If time of complains about reduction of vision acuity and distortion of lines is less than 4 months and 3D-CTAG data are: presence of one central defect, spreading to at all levels of contrast, having different area at different contrast levels, and any total lost area - prediction for visual functions is favourable, intravitreal introduction of inhibitors of growth factor of vessel endothelium is performed. If time of complains about reduction of vision acuity and spot in front of eye is more than 4 months, but less than 1 year and 3D-CTAG data are: presence of one central defect, spreading to at all levels of contrast, having the largest area on the 4-th contrast level or at the 3-rd and 4-th contrast levels, total lost area is less than 100% - prediction for visual functions is favourable, intravitreal introduction of inhibitors of growth factor of vessel endothelium is performed. If time of complains about reduction of vision acuity and spot in front of eye is more than 1 year, 3D-CTAG data are: presence of one central defect, spreading to at all levels of contrast, having the largest area on 0, or the 1-st, or the 2-nd contrast level, and any total lost area - prediction for visual functions with intravitreal introduction of inhibitors of growth factor of vessel endothelium is unfavourable, surgical ablation of subretinal neovascular membrane is realised.
EFFECT: reduction of treatment trauma, reduction of manipulation duration.
