FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method of filling of edge seam of double-glazed window with sealing mass is disclosed. Sealing mass in form of bundle pushes nozzle into edge seam and forms continuous and running along perimeter of dual-glazed window roller of sealing mass. Wherein glass unit and nozzle are displaced relative to each other. Wherein roller of sealing mass is formed periodically of several segments, from which first segment is formed by relative displacement in first direction along perimeter of dual-glazed window, and second segment – due to relative displacement in second direction along perimeter, opposite to first direction along perimeter. Each connection of segments of roller of sealing mass, which is in section of lengthwise side of dual-glazed window perimeter, are formed due to that bundle of sealing mass is started in area of end of roller of sealing mass already in edge seam and it is formed due to relative movement of this end. Each connection of segments of roller of sealing mass, which is formed by that bundle of sealing mass is introduced by relative displacement to end of seam roller of sealing mass already in edge, is in angular field of two sections of longitudinal sides of dual-glazed window. Also device for filling of edge seam of double-glazed window with sealing mass is disclosed. It includes nozzle with outlet to eject bundle of sealing mass into edge seam of double-glazed window at relative displacement between nozzle and double-glazed window given to outlet guide element, which is made so that during operation it is directed along edge of double-glazed window and prevents side leakage of sealing mass introduced into edge seam, sensor system for determining depth of edge seam. Outlet nozzle and guide element are made so, that bundle can be introduced in edge seam in opposite directions of displacement. Control unit for filling edge seam of double-glazed window is also disclosed.
