SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement technology and can be used in acceptance testing of analogue microcircuits during manufacture of radio electronic equipment. The device comprises a test operational amplifier or voltage comparator, the non-inverting input of which is connected through parallel-connected first resistor and first switching element to the output of a first digital-to-analogue converter, the inverting input of which is connected through parallel-connected second resistor and second switching element to the earth. The output of the test operational amplifier or voltage comparator is connected to the non-inverting input of the voltage comparator, the inverting input of the voltage comparator is connected to the output of the second digital-to-analogue converter, and the output of the voltage comparator is connected to the input of a controller, outputs of which are connected by a data bus to digital inputs of the first and second digital-to-analogue converters.

EFFECT: invention prevents spurious oscillation during measurement.
