SUBSTANCE: invention relates to epitope peptides derived from MPHOSPH1, with the ability to induce cytotoxic T-cells, to polynucleotides encoding such peptides, antigen-presenting cells, presenting peptides, and cytotoxic T-cells aimed at peptides, as well as to methods of inducing antigen-presenting cells or CTL. Also disclosed is a method for inducing an immune response against a malignant tumor and a method of treating and/or preventing a malignant tumor expressing MPHOSPH1, and/or preventing its postoperative recurrence, using peptides, polynucleotides, antigen-presenting cells, cytotoxic T-cells or compositions of the present invention.
EFFECT: disclosed is a peptide prepared from MPHOSPH1, and including its vaccine.
