FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the medicine. The brushite hydraulic cement reinforced by the porous polylactide frame for restoration of bone tissues with the strength of at least 40 MPa, containing tricalcium phosphate powder, carbonated hydroxyapatite granules, a gauging liquid including magnesium phosphate solution in phosphoric acid, is described, where the cement paste is distributed inside the porous resorbable polylactide frame, which strengthens the cement.
EFFECT: cement is capable of reaction solidification, formability; it is biocompatible, free of toxic byproducts, as well as has the potential to substitute regenerated bone tissue.
