The patient is determined with a number of indicators: body weight at birth, g; the presence of dysmenorrhea, 0 - no, 1 - yes; concentration of anti-Müllerian hormone in blood serum, ng/ml; presence in the genotype of the variant allele 2600 G of the C-KIT gene, 0 – no, 1 – yes; presence in the genotype of the variant allele Ex4+119 G of the TP53 gene, 0 – no, 1 – yes; the presence of ectopia of the cervix. On the basis of which, according to the original formula, the prognostic index D is calculated. When D > 0, a high risk of a decrease in ovarian reserve is predicted. At D < 0, a low risk of a decrease in ovarian reserve is predicted.

EFFECT: method allows optimizing the tactics of managing patients with deep infiltrative endometriosis and improving reproductive outcomes by predicting the risk of a decrease in ovarian reserve after surgical treatment of genital endometriosis at the preoperative stage.
