The patient determines a number of indicators: the presence of chronic pelvic pain, 0 - no, 1 - yes; the presence of primary infertility, 0 - no, 1 - yes; presence in the genotype of the variant allele 2578 A of the VEGF-A, gene, 0 - no, 1 - yes; duration of the menstrual cycle, days; the concentration of anti-Müllerian hormone in the blood, ng/ml, on the basis of which the prognostic index D is calculated using the original formula. At D>0, a high risk of developing deep infiltrative endometriosis is predicted. At D<0, a low risk of developing deep infiltrative endometriosis is predicted.

EFFECT: method allows optimizing the tactics of managing patients and solving the issue of the need for surgical treatment by predicting the risk of developing deep infiltrative endometriosis in women of reproductive age.
