SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electromagnetism and can be used for simultaneous examination of magnetic, electronic and crystalline microstates of objects. Method of creation of local electric and magnetic fields in analyzed objects includes stages, on which object is either placed inside solenoid, or between plates of capacitor of controlled oscillating LC circuit, wherein at first by means of current source solenoid is charged, then current source is disconnected and capacitor is connected to solenoid, wherein magnetic field created in solenoid is changed according to rule , and electric field in capacitor according to rule , where Hi,j and Ei,j are preset intensity of magnetic and electric fields, Ω is given frequency of oscillations, β is given speed oscillation attenuation, t is time, i, j = 0, 1, 2, … N, where N is integer, and phase is fixed and equal to zero.

EFFECT: technical result is high measurement accuracy and improved spatial resolution of magnetic and electric microscopes.
