SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pipeline transport. Device (10) to seal a pipe comprises sealing membrane (12) having first and second parts (14, 16) for connection with the pipe outer surface. Retaining elements (18, 20) are located opposite each other relative to sealing membrane (12) and are attached to each other by means of a locking element, herewith retaining elements (18, 20) support the sealing connection between sealing membrane (12) and the pipe. Each of retaining elements (18, 20) comprises spaced apart plates (22, 24) located across the longitudinal axis of sealing membrane (12).
EFFECT: group of inventions can be used for repair of underwater pipelines.
