FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: automated control system of oil quality, comprising a feed pipeline designed to transport the incoming flow of oil and pipeline intended for a mixed oil stream, regulators installed in the respective pipelines and designed for adjusting and measuring different indicators of the oil quality in the respective oil flows, including coefficient calculators of oil density and/or oil flow, and/or sulfur content and/or chloride salts content, and/or the water content in each stream ratios to the respective indicators in the mixed stream. The inputs of each of the mentioned calculators are connected to the outputs of the respective measurers, while outputs are connected to the respective inputs of a microprocessor, designed for comparing the measured and calculated parameters with predetermined parameters and forming regulation signals of flap position in respective streams according to the comparison results. The control system of oil quality comprises at least two collectors for separate oil storage with different levels of quality, connected by technological pipelines to the feed pipeline at the input and to the pipeline for the mixed oil stream at the output. According to the invention, collectors for separate oil storage are equipped with ultrasonic acoustic transmitters which are mounted on the inner wall across the collector housing.
EFFECT: indicators of the oil quality in every collector are regulated irrespectively of the duration of the oil laying in the collector.
