FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: automated oil quality control system contains regulators installed in a supply pipeline intended for transporting an incoming oil stream and in an oil pipeline intended for a mixed oil stream and both designed to control the respective oil streams, and it includes calculators of correlation of oil density and/or oil consumption, and/or sulfur content, and/or chloride content, and/or water content in each stream with the respective parameters in a mixed stream. The inputs of each of the mentioned calculators are connected to the outputs of the respective measurers, while the outputs are connected to the respective inputs of a microprocessor, designed for comparing the measured and calculated parameters with predetermined parameters and forming signals of flap position control in respective streams according to the comparison results. The control system of oil quality comprises of at least two tanks for separate oil storage with different quality performance, connected by process pipelines to the supply pipeline at the inlet and to the pipeline for the mixed oil stream at the outlet. According to the invention, the tanks for separate oil storage are equipped with ultrasonic acoustic transmitters which are mounted on the inner wall along the perimeter of the tank housing on rubber plates.

EFFECT: parameters of the oil quality in every tank are controlled irrespectively of the duration of the oil storing in the tank.
