FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: retainer is installed at intraoperative monitoring of spinous processbone tissue saturation indicators. Prior to retainer installation, base saturation is determined in % by means of a laser flowmetry sensor, which is mounted on the top of the spinous process. Transosteal fixation is performed using a digital torque wrench, changing efforts to achieve secure locking while maintaining the core value of the saturation parameters within acceptable limits.
EFFECT: method avoids excessive compression, reduces the risk of retainer instability.
