FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to neurosurgery, traumatology, orthopedics, and can be used for defect plasty after laminectomy in the lumbar spine with vertebral fixation to prevent developing laminectomized spine disease. Method of posterior spondylosyndesis with plasty of bone defect after laminectomy involves application of plate implant of nitinol, which is bent as shown in fig. 1, wherein the support portion of the plate-like implant is placed between the spinous processes of the vertebrae after laminectomy, and then the implant is fixed to the spinous processes with metal plates (3) placed on the ends of the implant.
EFFECT: invention provides a simple, low-cost method of fixing the vertebrae and closing the defect after laminectomy within several spinal motion segments, based on the use of nitinol in order to prevent the development of cicatricidal epiduritis and laminectomized spine disease, transfer of the load from the resected posterior support complex to the implant.
