FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to neurosurgery, traumatology and orthopedics, and may be applicable to perform posterior spinal fusion in the treatment of patients with posttraumatic kyphotic deformity of the thoracic and lumbar spine. Treated arch of the damaged vertebra is tightly installed in the interstitial gap formed as a result of the correction. Between the rods of the transpedicular system on top of the implantable arch the scrap bone grains are placed obtained by resection of the body of the damaged vertebra. Implanted arch is fixed with transosteal ligature.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the risk of spinal fusion failure.
