SUBSTANCE: echocardiographic parameters are determined: systolic velocity movement of the tricuspid valve fibrous ring and systolic displacement amplitude of the tricuspid valve fibrous ring (TAPSE) in the M-mode, of the right ventricle normalized by size. The right ventricular ejection fraction (RVef) is calculated based on the received data according to the original formula.

EFFECT: method allows to increase the sensitivity and accuracy of right ventricular ejection fraction determination based on echocardiographic parameters, which can be used for patients of different age groups.
