SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Wound care arrangement comprising a covering unit that can be fixed on the skin surrounding a wound and that serves for producing a closed wound space comprising the wound and a suction connection via which a vacuum can be produced in the wound space. Cover means comprises a foil tube, in which a human extremity is inserted. Covering unit is permeable to water vapor at least in sections. Water vapor permeability of covering is at least on some sections more than 300 g/m²/24 h and less than 3,000 g/m²/24 h.

EFFECT: invention provides a simple covering system for the treatment of wounds, which can be used along with vacuum therapy to carry out safe treatment of wounds.
