AUXILIARY DEVICE FOR CUTTING OUT WOUND BANDAGE FOR VACUUM THERAPY OF WOUNDS Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC A61F13/02

Abstract RU 2556779 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a device for the vacuum therapy of wounds, a method of manufacturing of a cut-out liquid-permeable wound bandage (versions), application of the device, method of the vacuum therapy of wounds and a ready for application set for the vacuum treatment of wounds, relates to the field of medicine and is intended for the vacuum therapy of wounds in surgery. The device for the vacuum therapy of wounds contains an air-impermeable covering material, means for the functional connection of a wound space with a vacuum source, the liquid-permeable wound bandage and an auxiliary device for cutting out the liquid-permeable wound bandage. The air-impermeable covering material provides an air-impermeable covering of a wound and a wound-surrounding space. The means for the functional connection of the wound space, with the vacuum source, placed outside the covering material, is placed in such a way that enables creation of vacuum in the wound space and sucking liquid out of the wound space. The liquid-permeable wound bandage is inserted into an intermediate space, formed by the wound surface and the covering material. The auxiliary device for cutting out the liquid-permeable wound bandage contains a transparent film with the first side and the second side. The transparent film is made with a possibility of applying inscriptions on its first side so that the wound contour can be marked on the transparent film. The transparent film, at least, from the second side, opposite to the first side, contains a self-adhesive covering so that the auxiliary means for cutting out can be applied by adhesion on the side, which, when applied, faces the bandage side, opposite from the wound.

EFFECT: inventions make it possible to fit the bandage to the wound shape more accurately in a simple way in a short time.
