FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wound treatment system. System comprises a concealment device fixed on the wound surrounding skin and serving to create a wound-containing wound space. Device has a water-vapor-permeable film sleeve and a socket for suction connection, by means of which low pressure can be created in the wound space. Film sleeve through the transient region surrounding the transversely extending sagittal axis perpendicular to the frontal plane elongated along the sleeve axis, and penetrating this sleeve axis, and radial axis passing perpendicular to it passes into retaining web. Retaining web has holding section, propagating beginning from transition area on separate sections in direction of film sleeve end facing away from transition area, which partially, along the circumferential angle of 180° or less and 45° or more, surrounds the longitudinal axis passing in the frontal plane. Longitudinal axis is located in the plane containing axis of the sleeve and passing perpendicularly to the sagittal axis, and the edge of the transition area facing the film sleeve surrounds the axis of the sleeve.

EFFECT: technical result is development of wound treatment system, by means of which vacuum therapy can be successfully applied also in the area of shoulders and/or hip.
