SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to the filled syringe for therapeutic administration of liquid gellate collagen composition into the cavity of the cartilage defect of human or animal body, where the syringe includes at least two separate chambers, wherein at least one first chamber is filled with natural liquid collagen solution with concentration of more than 8 to 16 mg/ml, and a pH at 21°C equal to 6 or less, and wherein at least one second chamber is filled with a neutralizing buffer solution, and wherein at least two separate chambers open into a static mixer connected to the said syringe, ensuring simultaneous mixing of the chambers contents and delivery from the syringe, and to the method of preventive or therapeutic treatment of cartilage defects in joints or organs of animal or human body, as well as to the method of treatment of soft tissue defects of bones and tendors, gums defects with application of the said syringe.
