FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to reconstructive-regenerative medicine. Method of producing collagen-containing hydrogel for regeneration of supporting and connective tissues of a person with a collagen concentration of 1.86-3.00 mg/ml consists in the fact that biomaterials of supporting and connective tissues of a person made from bioimplants of the trade mark “Lioplast” are ground in a laboratory mill at room temperature with subsequent extraction of the obtained mass in 30% acetic acid for 7 days at temperature of 5 °C; obtained solution is centrifuged, acid-base indicator phenol red is added and neutralized with weak alkali solution until pH = 7.2-7.4, solution is cooled and bidistilled water is added to it at ratio of 1:50, mixed and centrifuged, dialysis of the obtained solution is carried out using dialysis bags of 6-14 kDa, solution is polymerised by gradually increasing temperature to 37 °C, 1% ascorbic acid solution and 1% aqueous rhamnose solution are added to the obtained hydrogel; the hydrogel is homogenised, lyophilized and sterilized by a radiation method.

EFFECT: invention provides creation of collagen-containing hydrogel, which is not cytotoxic.
